My partner and I had a lovely romantic escape at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the room was comfortable and clean. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a great selection of food to start our day off right. The location was also perfect for exploring the local area, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
That communication was a little difficult at times, as not all of the staff spoke English fluently. However, we were able to get by with a little bit of sign language and Google Translate, and it didn't detract too much from our overall experience.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel fulfilled my every need. the private facilities, including the pool and spa, were top-notch and provided a relaxing escape after a long day exploring the city. the room was spacious and elegantly designed, with all of the exclusive advantages you would expect from a five-star hotel. the Bar/Lounge area was an exceptional place to sip on a delicious cocktail and unwind in the evening.
Although the food was delicious, the wait time for my meal was longer than expected.

The decorations in the room were beautiful and stylish. the bed was soft and comfy, perfect for a romantic escape. the breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, including delicious Chinese dishes. Best aspects: the hotel was located in a convenient area near many restaurants and shops. the room service was affordable and arrived quickly.
The staff's English skills were very poor and made communication difficult. Even basic requests such as asking for extra pillows took a long time to be understood.
